Our Commitment

We take great care in preparing and delivering fresh floral arrangements. If there is any issue with your order, we will always work with you to resolve it quickly and fairly.

Returns & Refund Eligibility

Due to the perishable nature of fresh flowers, we are unable to accept returns once an order has been delivered.

However, you may be eligible for a replacement, partial refund, or store credit if:

  • The item delivered is damaged or wilted upon arrival
  • You received the wrong item
  • The arrangement is significantly different from what was ordered

Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos. Please Include: Order number + photos + description of issue.

Resolution Options

Depending on the situation, we may offer:

  • 🌷 Replacement of the item
  • 💳 Partial or full refund
  • 🎁 Store credit for future orders

Our goal is always to ensure a fair and satisfactory outcome.

Refund Processing Time

If a refund is approved:

It will be processed back to your original payment method.

Processing time: 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

Delivery Issues

We are not responsible for failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer, including:

  • Wrong delivery address
  • Recipient unavailable at time of delivery
  • Refusal to accept delivery

In such cases, we will do our best to arrange re-delivery, which may be subject to an additional fee.

Cancellation

  • Please contact us via call/WhatsApp for any cancellation requests
  • A 10% admin charge will be levied for cancellations made at least 2 days before the delivery date.
  • A 50% charge will be levied for cancellations made in less than 2 days before the delivery date.
  • For cancellation request received less than 24 Hours before the delivery time slot, no refund will be issued.

Change of Particulars

  • Please contact us via phone call/WhatsApp for any change of particulars such as address, card message, delivery schedule, etc. Changes must be made at least 24 hours before delivery.
  • Surcharges may apply for change of particulars in less than 24 hours before selected delivery slot.
